Prep Time: 10 minutes

Bake Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 20 minutes

Servings: 8 / Calories: 115 per pie

Ingredients

  • 1 (7.5 oz) premade (unbaked) pie crust
  • 5 Levelle Energy Purées (pick one flavor, or mix it up!)

  • 16 eyeball candies

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or tin foil.

  4. Squeeze about 1 tbsp energy puree into the center of each rectangle and spread out with a knife, avoiding the outer edge.
  5. Place the thin strips of dough over top and use a fork to seal the edges.
  6. Brush the dough with dairy free milk and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Place the baked mummies on a cooling rack and add 2 candy eyeballs to each.
  8. Sprinkle with powdered sugar (optional) and serve!

Ingredients

Cake Pops
  • 1 box of cake mix
  • ½ cup of Levelle's Apples, Spice & Everything Nice energy gel, or approximately three (40g) pouches
  • 1 cup dairy free milk (or water)
  • 3 tbsp ground flaxseed (sub 1 tbsp flaxseed per 1 egg recommended by the cake mix) + 9 tbsp water
  • ¾ cup of vanilla frosting (feel free to sub more purée for frosting to decrease sugar content and get a stronger “apple spice” flavor)
White Chocolate Covering
  • 1 (9 oz) bag of vegan white chocolate melting wafers (or sub vegan white chocolate chips)
  • 1-2 tbsp coconut oil (optional for thinning out chocolate)
Embellishments

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven according to cake mix box instructions.
  2. In a large bowl combine ground flaxseed and water and let sit for 5 minutes (for gelatinization).
  3. Add Apples, Spice & Everything Nice energy gels, dairy free milk, and cake mix to the bowl and combine.
  4. Pour batter into a greased baking pan and place in the oven. Bake for time listed on the cake mix box.
  5. After baking, let the cake sit until cool enough to touch, but still slightly warm. Break up the cake with your hand, a fork, or an electric mixer in a large bowl.
  6. Add the icing and/or additional energy purée, stirring to combine (use your hands towards the end to achieve a dough-like consistency).
  7. Roll the cake mixture into 1-inch diameter balls and place on a wire cooling rack or parchment paper in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  8. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl with optional coconut oil (for thinning out chocolate).
  9. Use a fork or skewer to coat the cake pops in the melted white chocolate, add a candy eyeball to each, then stick in freezer for 25 minutes (for chocolate to harden).
  10. Cut a small sliver off the corner of the Levelle energy purée (for precision) and drizzle over top of each cake pop (for eye veins and fake blood appearance).
  11. Plate and serve to your hungry little monsters!
