Total Time: 20 minutes
Servings: 8 / Calories: 115 per pie
Ingredients
- 1 (7.5 oz) premade (unbaked) pie crust

- 16 eyeball candies
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

- Place the thin strips of dough over top and use a fork to seal the edges.
- Brush the dough with dairy free milk and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Place the baked mummies on a cooling rack and add 2 candy eyeballs to each.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar (optional) and serve!

Ingredients
Cake Pops
- 1 box of cake mix
- ½ cup of Levelle's Apples, Spice & Everything Nice energy gel, or approximately three (40g) pouches
- 1 cup dairy free milk (or water)
- 3 tbsp ground flaxseed (sub 1 tbsp flaxseed per 1 egg recommended by the cake mix) + 9 tbsp water

White Chocolate Covering
- 1 (9 oz) bag of vegan white chocolate melting wafers (or sub vegan white chocolate chips)
- 1-2 tbsp coconut oil (optional for thinning out chocolate)
Embellishments
Instructions
- Preheat oven according to cake mix box instructions.
- In a large bowl combine ground flaxseed and water and let sit for 5 minutes (for gelatinization).
- Add Apples, Spice & Everything Nice energy gels, dairy free milk, and cake mix to the bowl and combine.
- Pour batter into a greased baking pan and place in the oven. Bake for time listed on the cake mix box.
- After baking, let the cake sit until cool enough to touch, but still slightly warm. Break up the cake with your hand, a fork, or an electric mixer in a large bowl.
- Add the icing and/or additional energy purée, stirring to combine (use your hands towards the end to achieve a dough-like consistency).
- Roll the cake mixture into 1-inch diameter balls and place on a wire cooling rack or parchment paper in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl with optional coconut oil (for thinning out chocolate).
- Use a fork or skewer to coat the cake pops in the melted white chocolate, add a candy eyeball to each, then stick in freezer for 25 minutes (for chocolate to harden).
- Cut a small sliver off the corner of the Levelle energy purée (for precision) and drizzle over top of each cake pop (for eye veins and fake blood appearance).
- Plate and serve to your hungry little monsters!
